On Monday they met for the first time professionals from different disciplines in the Social Media Club Mexico in the Ibero (Mexico City). There were Audacity Communication Mexico, since we are part of the initiative.
What is Social Media Club (SMC)?
The idea came from the head of Chris Heuer and Kristie Wells in March 2006, who knew that it was necessary that people could find communities of interest (whether personal or professional level). For this, the Social Media Club brings together professionals from all disciplines, marketers, journalists, sociologists, communicators, artists, engineers, cooks, students, teachers and anyone who wants to work together to promote the use of social networks in any area.
Their motto is: "if you get it, share it" (in English: if you have it, share it).
the beginning of the event all were presented, then raised several points of view on what is social media, its uses, advantages and disadvantages. The time flew and twits the issue did not stop (can be found in twitter with # smcmx ).
